Brittany Funk
Product Leader
I am a product manager who thrives in fast-moving environments where clarity and structure make all the difference. Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for turning complex problems into streamlined systems that help teams stay aligned, efficient, and motivated.
What really drives me is the balance between adaptability and focus. Whether navigating a new roadmap mid-quarter or shifting priorities across departments, I’ve learned to stay centered on outcomes while creating calm in the chaos. It’s not about doing everything — it’s about doing the right things, together, with intention.
My operational strength comes from connecting strategy to execution. I love designing processes that remove friction — whether that’s refining backlog workflows, building scalable delivery frameworks, or creating shared rituals that turn individual efforts into collective progress.
Motherhood has been my greatest leadership training. Being a mom of two boys has taught me patience, perspective, and how to mentor with empathy. It helped me see that every person, whether a child or teammate, thrives when they feel understood, supported, and trusted. Those lessons shape how I lead — grounded in kindness, but always driving forward.
When I think about great product management, it’s not just about the roadmap or metrics, although important pieces to the whole. It’s about building teams that feel empowered to solve problems and continuously improve.
My philosophy is simple: clear direction, open communication, and small consistent wins create long-term impact.
Outside of work, I’m usually cooking up gluten/dairy free meals for my family or outside playing with my kids.
